Another year winds down and a new one beckons. A time for reflection on the past and setting goals for the future. Part of my vision for 2007 is to create a place where I can connect with other like-minded people who want to thrive, not simply survive the challenges of life in the 21st century. To usher in the New Year, I thought I’d share this… beautiful video which is making its rounds on some blogs (I saw it on Michael Port’s blog.) Take a moment to watch it now. It’s moving and gives us a clear illustration of the power a single individual can have in building connection and love in the world.
I’m willing to take up that torch and connect through my heart with others with a hug, a smile, a blog post, or a hello. Will you join me?

I’ll take that torch up with you, Carolyn! There is so much healing to be done in this world… and it can be done quite quickly and simply if we all just THRIVE!
Sharing a hug, a smile, a kind word when it’s not expected generates such positive feelings, how can we deny that to others? How can we deny that to ourselves?
I’m with you, Carolyn! It’s my goal for 2007 to make those heart connections and support others in thriving!
